Vapestore plus+ is our way of giving something back to our loyal customer base; put simply you can earn plus+ points on every order you place, which you can then redeem against orders.
How do I use my Vapestore plus+ Points?
Everytime you place an order with Vapestore you will earn 10 plus+ points from every £1 you spend.
Please login to your Vapestore plus+ account to see your current balance and to redeem your plus+ points. Once you put items into your basket, you will see the options available to you.
What can I use my plus+ points on?
Vapestore plus+ points can be redeemed against future orders, you can save £5 for every 1000 points you have. You can also redeem plus+ points against personalised offers in your account.
I don't have an account, can I earn Vapestore plus+ points?
Don't worry if you don't have a plus+ account, you can create one when you place your order. Once your account has been created and your order is placed your plus+ points will be added to your account.
Please login to your account to see and use your Rewards Points. Once you put items into your basket, you will see the option to save or spend your points on the right hand side.
Reward Points Terms & Conditions
- You must have an account to qualify for Vapestore Plus+ points.
- Collection of plus+ points is based on spend on the Website from the date you become a Vapestore account holder.
- The standard number of plus+ points you will collect are ten plus+ Points for every £1 spend on qualifying products.
- Ten points is worth five pence to spend on products online at vapestore.co.uk. We will not exchange Vapestore Reward Points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
- You cannot redeem 100% of the value of an order using Vapestore Rewards Points, a maximum of 2000 points per order can be applied.
- Non-redeemed Rewards points earned will expire after 12 months from the purchase date.
- Vapestore can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any indvidual Vapestore account.
- Vapestore.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw reward points promotions/offers without notice.
- After shopping online on vapestore.co.uk, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your Vapestore Account once the order has been dispatched.
- The Vapestore.co.uk Reward Scheme can only be redeemed online at Vapestore.co.uk.
- During Vapestore Reward Points promotions, only reward points earned during the promotional period apply, existing points will not be multipled.
- If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your Vapestore account. If a product you buy includes redeemed rewards points and is found to be faulty and returned, we will credit your account with the right number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
- You may redeem Vapestore Reward Points against any order on the Vapestore website, excluding any orders placed that contain outlet products and/or redeemable promotional campaigns/codes.
