Sub ohm e-liquid is made up of a higher VG to PG ratio formulation than regular e-liquids. This gives the e-liquid a thicker consistency than high PG or 50/50 e-liquid, which means that you need a higher powered kit with a lower resistance coil in order to heat the liquid to a high enough temperature so that it vaporises.
